Trip Preparations - Day 1

"DAY 1
It's time to start some preparations!
Today I was in Crossroads to get myself a bigger backpack since it turned out my old one couldn't fit all the necessary equipment. I was incredibly lucky as I met someone who seemed to have a broad knowledge about expeditions of any kind and he warned me of "bad mojo" which usually surrounded newely discovered lands.
That's awful! How would I protect myself from that? I was nervous and didn't know what to do but my freshly met friend who, of course, was an expert and travelled various lands, recommended me his another friend.
Gifka or Griftah? I don't remember how his name went but he managed to provide me a solution to my problem! An amulet that would protect me from any evil mojo! It must have had significant power as even such skilled arcanist as me couldn't sense it! The only issue was that I didn't have enough money to buy it.
Fortunately Gitfan recognised a very important customer with high priority needs in me (and I'm glad he did!) so he was up for some negotiations. I had to improvise but it worked! I came up with an alternative payment idea and he agreed!
I never felt so good in my entire elven life! I managed to get a solid backpack and a fancy charm of mojo protection for a half price! I am brilliant indeed!"
